All customized items containing glitter require dry cleaning or Hand Wash only.

If the Product includes leather, the customer must contact a professional specialising in leather.

All pillows are Dry Clean Only.

If you do not follow the instructions and your product is damaged, the item cannot be considered defective and you will have no grounds for complaint.
